Error notice in admin widget area

@visionoptika I immediately spotted the issue and I’m surprised that you’re the first to report this. There was a list of languages that was removed from the Widget Dashboard area that is required by the Widget form. This will return in the next version.

The warning is mostly harmless for the moment unless you want to select a different language before the next release is published.

@visionoptika I’ve fixed this warning and restored the language list in version 3.39.
