Error exporting woocommerce store items

    Hi, I generally don’t have a problem with migration. But I’m facing a persistent problem. I’ve read all the documentation and all the guidelines. But I’ve repeated the process several times without success.

    I’m trying to export a store with lots of data and products. I can do the entire procedure and no error message. But then to finish the import, some information is missing in wocommerce, and all products arrive without attributes. Some store settings also arrive empty, such as image format and store address settings.

    I’ve already reduced backup sizes, adjusted server limits. The problem seems to be just in woocommerce, but I can’t identify the cause and find a solution.

    Any suggestion?

    Hello @maskfabric ,

    Please first try to go to the source site > WPvivid settings > Advanced settings > Choose PDO as Database Access Method > Save Changes, then try to perform the migration again.

    If the problem still persists, would you please send us a debug zip of the site from the plugin’s Debug tab to help identify the problem? Please also include a link to this forum thread so that we can keep track of the details you have posted.
