We are looking into this. However, setting unlimited is probably not a good idea. Someone could exhaust all your server space.

    Thanks

Ahh good to know, thanks for your reply. However the most important aspect I would like a fix for has been mentioned in another thread – the audio link does not show up in the email even though the shortcode has been added in the mail template and the audio file appears in the backend. Do you think that will be fixed shortly? Or is it better if I have a programmer fix that for me? Thanks!

    Hi,

The problem is that we cannot duplicate the problem in any way on our end. We tested many many times in different server and it always works. If user saves the audio and then sends, the link is always included in the email.

If we can just duplicate the issue in one of our setups, we could find a solution to it.

We have released a new version that should send an additional link to the voice message edit page. Can you try upgrading to the latest version and check again? Make sure that the voice message is saved before pressing the form submit button.

If your programmer can identify or find a solution to the issue, that can be very helpful. We will include the fix in the plugin.

    Let us know!

    Thank you

Thanks for your reply. My client has decided to just leave it as-is and check in the backend for voice messages.

    Appreciate your help ??
