Multisite storage quota

    In a network install, each site has a storage quota. Is this quota incremented when a media item is offloaded and removed from the server?

    If “space used” is server + bucket, then this incrementation is very important.

    Yes, when using the Remove Files From Server setting on a multisite WP Offload Media keeps track of the offloaded file sizes, and then supplies that information to WP via hooks so that quotas are correct.
