    My clone has expired and I need to recover it ASAP.

    And, why was I not notified that this was going to happen?

    As clones are a paid service, www.ads-software.com forum rules require us to send you here instead https://updraftplus.com/forums/support-forum-group1/paid-support-forum-forum2/, since they forbid us to service paid services here.

    When clones expire, there are email warnings, but of course email is not 100% reliable – some providers will file email as spam, or silently delete it if they think it’s spam. Hence the system to allow recovery in case people don’t see the warnings (or the warnings in the clone dashboard, where there is a permanent countdown of when expiry will occur).
