duplicator problem

Hello, everyone.
For a few months now I’ve been using Duplicator to do the weekly backup. Again and again it breaks off with “Building Package 30.0%”. After that, the page simply turns white. In the overview, a size of mostly 80MB is then displayed, as if there was a limit somewhere.With PHP the time has already been set to 1200 and the memory limit to 256M. Unfortunately without success, which is why I reversed it. What can that be?
