• Hi guys,

thanks for any help in advance.
I wanted to upgrade the learnpress datebase but I got the following error message: Cannot read property ‘top’ of undefined

I turned off all the other plugins and switched to twenty-twenty-one theme but nothing changed (otherwise I use Generatepress pro with Elementor). Query monitor and Debug.log file shows nothing.

Learnpress version is the latest one. PHP version is 7.3

    Any advice?

    Thanks,
    Timi

    Hi,

Please go to LearnPress -> Tools -> Database tab -> Click re-upgrade Database -> then click update again.

    Thanks.

I have the same problem as above, I can’t update the database.
I try to recreate it with the option available in the Tools -> Database tab and then update it, I still get the same error.

Also when I create custom fields with your option in Settings -> Profile, I don’t see this information anywhere in my user profile, although I did come across a tutorial video in this section that showed that it is found in this section.

I need help please, my client needs the functional return of his Learnpress with Learnpress Certificates.

    1. Install Advanced DB Cleaner
    2. empty wp_learnpress_upgrade_db database and it will work.
