disable upload option

hello,
if i click on an image from the gallery i see on the top right some icons: link / download / upload / make bigger / close.
I want to disable download and upload, or at least upload. People should not be able at all to view the option and click on it.
How can I do from gallery options? i didn’t find it.

you can disable in gallery form upload button in “Gallery view options”
you can disable download button in “Image view options”
