Affiliates Manager Not Paying Out

@clairemva, Are you referring to commission tracking or the actual payout (where you send money to your affiliates)? Which integration option are you using?

Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? If not please enable debug and make a test purchase so we can check the log.

Thank you it’s a PayPal issue, I’m trying to get them to approve my account for Mass payments now and then assume it will work.
