Image is being cropped

    My original image is square and the plugin is cropping it to 3:2 ratio for no reason. I need to use my original square image, not whatever ratio the plugin feels like using.

    Dear @gabrielamuniz,
    Our plugin does not crop images.
    We posted the same image at our end and it got displayed in its actual size as Post Thumbnail and smaller.
    We assume the issue stems from site theme or some builder.

    Please check this recording.
