PHP fatal error in error log file

  • Hello,

    We have a WordPress website and the WordPress version is 5.8.

    On our website, we got PHP fatal error in an error log file

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_the_block_template_html() in /wp-includes/template-canvas.php:12

    I m not understand how to solve this issue

    It could be related with the widgets’ update on WordPress 5.8. Try to install and activate the “Classic Widgets” plugin.

    Yes, already installed and activated the “Classic Widgets” plugin when updated WordPress 5.8.

    Still, we are facing PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_the_block_template_html() in /wp-includes/template-canvas.php:12 in error log file
