API key deactivation/activation not working

Hello! I am having trouble activating my api key again. I switched the api key to my staging site to test some layout, but now cannot use the api key on my prod site when I turned it back on.

Steps:
1/ I had my api key on setting in https://gogalora.com/wp-admin
2/ I deactivated it and switched it to https://staging.gogalora.com
3/ I made some edits and tested some things
4/ I then deactivated on staging and moved back to prod.
5/ The api key does not work on prod.

I need to get this working again because our UI on our site is all messed up! Can you help?
