Free local product listings Issue

Hello!
Greetings of the day!
Google is not verifying my Free local product listings because out of stock rate is 81%. It may be due to lot of my variable products quantity is zero. How can we reduce this percentage (stock rate)?

Is it possible to put a static value, say 25, on Quantity (Stock) field?

I have just added an exclude filter to exclude items for which the stock value is zero and waiting for the response from Google.
