    Not sure where to go for this. I have the pro version of Ultimate Addons for Elementor and a few other of their plugins.

    I’m looking for support and documentation I send an email and their response nearly always is, thank you for contacting us please refer to the documentation followed by closing the ticket.

    Any ideas where to get help?

    We are unable to track your ticket with the mentioned username klngroup.

    Regarding the premium plugins, you can always open a ticket through our Support Portal of the respective plugin site or from the store.

    Also, we are always reachable at [email protected] you can simply email us through your registered email.

    Thank you for responding.

    I didn’t open a ticket though the Support Portal and do have the Pro version. I was, however, able to solve this, partially on my own.

    My initial reaction because with every response on a ticket, even if the question wasn’t answered, the ticket was closed by support. I like WP Astra, their plug-ins and themes. I think they have excellent products. I simply got frustrated with responses saying ‘here is a link to help’ followed by ticket closed. I usually don’t open a ticket if the help resolves my issue.

    Glad to hear your thoughts, let me clarify further.

    Currently, the default status is Closed, after the ticket has been responded by the Support Agent.

    But once you respond to the email or to the ticket from the My Tickets page. It will be visible as responded by the user and we can continue the conversation.

    Here a good example. In Astra Pro you have several layout options and column options.

    So I asked, ‘How can I use Layout 3 with 1 column for Blog Category A and Layout 1 with 3 columns for Blog Category B’

    The ticket said “Here a link to help case closed”. Help didn’t answer my question nor did the support person seem to read my question. Rather, and I realize it seems that way, they just referred me to a useless link and closed the ticket.
