    Hello,

    maybe you can help me? After installing the plugin under WordPress 5.8, the program is integrated and you can call up the sub-item of Custom Fonts, but you will be thrown back directly to the beginning of the WordPress dashboard. There is no submenu or a place where you can install fonts. What am I doing wrong? The Plugin is activated very well and there is noch special configuration methode under the menu for the installed plugins. can anybody help? Thank you, Ralf!

    I am sorry for my lack, but I don’t think I get you. ?Would you please provide us a screen-captured video demonstrating how the issue occurs? That will help us much better to understand the issue and investigating it, hence we can provide an accurate response.

    You can use a free service like CloudApp or Loom for making the video.

    Hello,

    thank you very much for your help. I think I know what the problem is. Can it be that I have to integrate the fonts with the help of CSS? There is no submenu at all in my NEVE theme! Thank you for your efforts. I have another video for you that we will share together.

    Thanks for the video.

    Not sure why it’s acting weird on your end while it’s working fine on my end. Refer to this video, please.

    Have you tried reinstalling the plugin? Or maybe there’s another plugin that causes a conflict?

    And since the plugin, currently, doesn’t fully support the Neve theme, then you will need to use CSS to use the custom fonts, once you are able to upload it to your site.
