    I am sorry to read about your issue, however, since this has never happened to anyone before I’d like to know more about what happened so if there is an issue we can solve it.

    Can you please share with us more details? For example, which settings did you configure, and when did the plugin log you out? Right after install?

    We’d be more than happy to assist you and have you set it up.

    The scenario was same as described here by anther user

    Things went very smoothly upto the point of scanning the QR code. However, after entering the code to verify, the popup does nothing and cannot go beyond this point effectively locking you out.

    Tried with multiple browesrs so its unlikely its a browser issue
