Hide product prices (quote request) on Facebook shop

`Hello, I am using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin with an online store that hides product prices along with the add to cart button and offers a quote request form.

Extensions used: YITH Catalog Button Mode and YITH WooCommerce Request A Quote Premium.

The products are switched at a price of 0 euros when synchronizing with the Facebook store.`

One question, would it be possible to hide these prices in the Facebook shop ?

It sounds like our Facebook for WooCommerce plugin is not compatible with YITH catalog button mode plugin you’re using and the price of 0 is still sent to Facebook.

I’m afraid Facebook requires that we sync a price for products in the catalog, but this may be possible on the Facebook side based on your page configuration. I’d recommend reaching out to the Facebook support team to see if it’s possible to hide prices in the page shop.
