Can you imagine, your orders “stuck” in PENDING PAYMENT, and then after couple of hours move to CANCEL status?
Well, that’s is whats is happening to me for the last 10 days.
At first, they blame “other” plugins, then I found that when I restart JETPACK all is working and there might be an issue with the connections, They agree with me, Then they blame their own plugin (WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers Pro) to cause issues, Then they say its might be OK…. No one to call, only by email, and we the small businesses are losing money.
After 10 days, still, i been moving from 1 department to another….
I dont think i can recommend this,
