I suspect it has to do with some values in one of the attributes (the awning motor). I removed the awning motor attribute from the URL. I see one of the values in the drop-down contains a w/ value. Your webserver probably doesn’t accept the / in it. Would it be an option for you to rename that attribute so it doesn’t have the w/ in it?

We updated the product with that and the feed now shows the word “with” instead of “w/” and I still get a 403 error.

We are a bit lost here now but suspect that the entire URL with all parameters in it might be too long for your webserver and thus not working. Is this the only product where you are experiencing this issue?

This is the only product where this is happening that we are aware of. Should we try to make the variation options shorter?

Tried shortening everything that I could, still seeing this error.

We figured out that when a product has a ‘ in it (to indicate feet length) it breaks the URL and causes this error.

We changed the ‘ to Feet and the ” to Inches in the product page, and have refreshed the feed 25 times, yet the feed still shows the old titles which causes the error.

That sounds like your feed might not be updating at all?
Did you check the graph to see when the last update date/time was?

Yes, so the last update seems to be done on the 21st of this month. Did you try doing a manual refresh already?

Yes, like 20 times…The Refresh interval is hourly so it should run every hour. I’ve refreshed it manually for days trying to see this change and can’t see it.

Did you check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days to see if there is anything in there that might explain the not refreshing of your feed?

Would it be an option for you to increase the maximum allowed execution time to 60 seconds?

Yup think we only have like 80 products…you adjusted the batch size on our other website because it has 15,000, but I don’t think this site needs that?

I can ask the host how to increase the execution time but I think they don’t allow it.

Indeed, that would not make much sense when you only have 80 products in your WooCommerce store. Well, you could try lowering the batch to 50 products to see if it solves the issue but then still….the plugin should be able to process over 700 per batch without running into the errors you experience.
