Accessibility issues in HTML5 player

  • Lighthouse is showing the following accessibility issues with the HTML5 player:

    • Buttons do not have an accessible name
    • Form elements do not have associated labels
    • Background and foreground colors do not have a sufficient contrast ratio

    It would be great if the player could be more accessible to people with visual disabilities and would probably help with on-page SEO.
