    Hi, Thank you for watching my question.
    I can not set up WooCommerce payments as we jump to the blank page when we click “setup” or Enabled.(WordPress>WooCommerce>setting>Payment methods)
    We are based in Australia and it won’t expand this eCommerce to another country.
    However, We use a Japanese’s company web server, is it rerated we can not use it?

    PHP Version: 7.4.16
    WordPress Version: 5.8
    theme:Astra

  • Hi there, thanks for your question.

    WooCommerce Payments is available in Australia, so we should be able to assist you with completing setup.

    There is another way to complete the setup which may work for you since the link from settings is not: in your admin pages, click the Payments item a little below WooCommerce, and use “Finish setup” there to continue.

    If you still get a blank page there, I would suggest trying with a different browser next.

    Hi Josh,

    Thank you for your help. I’ve tried the way of your suggestion but it still gets a blank page.
    Also click the Payments then it shows “Deposit history”and “Finish setup”(but it’s diffrent yor picture,no mention WooCommerce payments)and junpe to “WooCommerce Payments partners with Stripe for secure payments and financial services”(I’ve already done set up for that but I can not finish set up this as well.)
    However,The way thet WooCommerce>home> Feed of home(Set up additional payment providers)> Set up payments,I can see “Finish set up”same as like your picture but after clicking it jumpes to blank page.

    I’ve tried another browser(Chrome,Safari,Firefox and ME) but it did not working.
    Also,I’ve tried to stopped all of plugins and I re-download that plugin many times then it was not resolved.

    Hope if you could give me your sugguestion for resolution,I would be happy.
