Translation is not complete

    Hi
    I am using French for my website.
    TRanslation file is well set up in WooCommerce

    However, a part of the text is not translated in French. When I checked wia LocoTranslate, everything is translated in french at 100%

    But As you can see in this image : https://gyazo.com/e02e0ff7cc22edfb53a1d7001477d82d
    some part is still in english.
    How do I modify this?

  • Hi,

    Could you go to Dashboard > Updates and click on the update translations button – that should fix the issue.

    I just updated and it still does not work…
    I don’t know why it is only a couple a strings which are not translated

    When I go via locotranslate to check, the string is well translated

    Hey @tsangmelinda

    The text that is showing in your screenshot (“Welcome to your account page” and “today is a great day to….“) is not standard WooCommerce, so it is either coming from another plugin, or it was specifically customized.

    If it’s coming from another plugin or your theme, you will need to use LocoTranslate and then select that specific plugin/theme to find, select and translate that text.

    If you did that and it’s still not working, have you checked that with the plugin developer?
