I want to start submission id from 1000

You can use the {submission_id} tag in the notification email to add a unique ID. To start the ID from 1000, please modify the AUTO_INCREMENT on the database as we have explained here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/can-we-set-a-start-number-for-the-submission_id-entry_id/#post-13568660
