This type of data is certainly held by the hosting company, which secures the server on which the stire is set up. Try to get from them and check the parameter I asked for in the previous message.

If you are not able to do this, will you be able to give us the access data to the FTP server?

Upload the debug.log file, which is a record of site events. The file is located on the server its path can be found in the WP Desk > Settings panel. Please send the link in the feedback. If the WP Desk Debug Log checkbox is disabled, please enable it, try to generate the coupon again and only after this attempt send the mentioned debug.log.

Yes, you can do this via the wordpress panel. Please enable debug log in WP Desk Settings. Then make a test reproducing this issue, and send a link with the error log to us.

Thank you for submitting the debug.log file, unfortunately it does not contain any errors to suggest the reason for this plugin behavior in your store.

Please check if the problem is with the variable product coupon or the simple product coupon. Have you tried changing the coupon template, to another one also containing images? Can you perform such a test, whether the problem occurs with another template as well?

We have just released the Flexible PDF Coupons 1.5.0 plugin, plugin in which we have improved the functioning of the coupons, so please simply do the update.

If the WordPress updater hasn’t informed you about the newer versions available, please check for the updates manually choosing the Dashboard tab > Updates > Check Again option.
