Search box on mobile doesn’t work properly

  • So this problem is driving me against the wall. For some reason the search box that appears at the top of the page in header isn’t always responsive while accessing it via mobile phone.

    For instance it works when you “touch” it the first time, but then if you try and touch somewhere else and then touch the search box again, it starts responding after several tries, sometimes even on the first try. The problem is the same on android and iphone, no matter the browser.

    I’ve tried removing and recreating the search box, but to no avail.

    Any suggestions would be extremely welcome.

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://themerex.net/support/

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
