controling the order of posts

  • Hi All,

    The site I need help with is https://www.visionbyamit.com,

    As you will see this is a gallery page. Right now the posts appear there by order of date, with the most recent appearing at the top left and oldest at the bottom right.

    I would like to re order the posts not according to dates, I know I can do this through custom fields, I just don’t know how.

    I would love is someone can help.
