The wooCommerce plugin on my WordPress website is having problems. I can’t post from the site when I install and activate the wooCommerce plugin on my site. I have never had this problem before. But this problem is happening after the release of WordPress-5.8 version. I spoke to my hosting provider Godaddy and they told me to talk to wooCommerce. I hope you will solve my problem. Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues on your WordPress site after installing the WooCommerce plugin.

After taking a closer look at your site’s front-end, I can see that the WooCommerce plugin is active. See the screenshot for reference: https://d.pr/i/V5UywM

Can you confirm if the issue is now solved?

If the problem persists, can you give us more details on the issue that you are experiencing? If you want to share screenshots with us, I recommend https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Also, I would suggest performing a plugin/theme conflict test as explained in this document, to confirm if the problem persists when only WooCommerce is active on your site while running a default theme like Storefront. This will help us narrow down the cause of this issue.

    Best,

    Hi,
We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to the issue and you’re able to post even while the WooCommerce plugin is active.

If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.

    Thanks.
