Activate the payment due date still working after unchecking

This plugin for Woocommerce includes the option: ‘Activate the payment due date’. At the payment methode: bank transfer.

Even though I have unchecked this, in the order confirmations, there is still an expiration date and it says:
‘Please ensure that your payment is received by us before September 20, 2021. Payments received after this date will be automatically canceled and refunded. This may also affect your order.’How can I get this feature to NOT work?
We sell products that have yet to be produced. This can take weeks. We want to give our customers the option to pay AFTER they have finally received the order.
I find it super handy that the customer already has the order confirmation with a paylink that goes directly to the payment environment. This way the customer does not have to enter our account number himself.Also:
In the order it says:
‘Note: Your order will only be processed when we have received payment.’
So this info must not be displayed also.how do I remove this?
