Errors with latest version 1.13.0

  • Hi, we just updated to the latest version, and there is a prompt at the top that won’t go away, even if we close it:

    [AfterShip] Connect your Woocommerce store to provide the best post-purchase experience to drive customer loyalty and additional sales. Let’s get started >>

    So to get rid of this notice, I attempted to connect my store. Clicked Connect Now, logged in, and approved the connection.

    However, in the end I just get the error message below:
    Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.

    Is there a way to fix this, or at least get rid of the notice / prompt that can’t be dismissed?

    @smarterdigitalltd Yes, I tried connecting again after I got this message and manage to get it connected, so the banner that couldn’t be dismissed went away. There was another update after the version that gave me issues though, so perhaps updating to that and trying again might help?

    Thanks – I’ve already got 1.13.1 – must be something else.
