The plugin is broken

  • I love the look and feel of this plugin but it is clunky and it breaks divi.
    I addressed the problems for weeks and it has not been resolved yet.
    I recently found out that the plugin breaks down my divi contact form.
    I am using divi 4.10.6. I had to turn the plugin off. Very disappointed.
    The plugin was blocking the contact form on two website.
    For a client, email means customer and customer means business.
    And I get sh*t every time the email does not work. I get reminded that it is costing them business.
    So can you guys please work on your plugins and make sure it works.

    We have not received such issues recently, however, I would like to investigate that further. Can you please provide me the following information?

    1) What is the URL of the website?
    2) Where do I need to click to trigger the popup?
    3) Which contact form are you using on the website?
    4) Have you updated the plugin to the latest version?
