    Just to check, did the customer purchase the product with the attribute Designer and value Janice Allen? The search filter seems quite too specific here, and it could be that the customer bought an item with a different Designer value.
    
    You could try reviewing the order or making a test order for a product with the Designer attribute and Janice Allen value and see if it shows up.

    Yes, the customer purchased that specific item. We have created several orders (manually in the admin page) to try and test it, but no orders are displayed.
