Error with form submission

  • Hi,
    I am getting an error when a user tries to submit the form and it repeated shows “submit failed”. Could you let me know how this can be resolved?

    Hi,

    take care that your WordPress is able to send email. You can use the troubleshooting function form our plugin to test the email function of your installation.

    I also faced the same issue.
    Rolling back to version 1.6.0 solved my issue.
