Why .htaccess is not restored?

    Hi,

    I try to use Duplicator which migrates my site to a new server. After the migration, it seems that duplicator just replace original .htaccess with another one, instead of restoring it. And I need to find the original .htaccess file from the backup and restore it manually. Why duplicator does not restore the .htaccess file directly?
