    As title says. I see others have this problem also with no solution offered.

    This is the only plugin I have (of 32) that does not allow auto updates to be disabled.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @bluewave99

    Thank you for your feedback!

    Our plugin is only a few months old and we’re still in the development phase. We’re still focusing on bug fixes and on stabilizing the existing functionality, hence we want to make sure all the users have the latest version of our plugin installed.

    We hear your request and we will definitely allow it in the next few versions. I will keep you posted.

    Thanks,
    click5 Team

    @bluewave99 are you disabling auto updates with code in your wp config file or using a plugin? Reason I’m asking: There may be a plugin conflict. If using a plugin, please name and Click5 would have a better chance at a remedy.

    Again, I have auto updates disabled through wp-config and have no issues.

    define( ‘AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED’, true );
    define( ‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, false );

    @shirtguy72 – no, I’m not using a plugin or snippet to disable auto-updates. Looks like this plugin prevents users from selecting disable autoupdates by design, which isn’t very friendly! Plugin otherwise works well.
