Individual stories will autoplay when added with the Web Stories block’s Story URL option.

Stories will not autoplay when added using the Web Stories block’s Latest Stories or Selected Stories options, as these display multiple stories.

This is possible?

It’s not currently possible to have the story auto-play on hover like on that website you’ve shared. It may be something we support in the future, but there are no immediate plans to do so at the moment.
