Plugin only works for existing posts

  • I am using the shopkeeper theme with pre-installed content where this plugin only works on those pre-installed posts, but not with new posts that I have created.

    In addition, I need to be able to edit the subdomain url on the post page so that I can remove the hyphens so it one continuous string.

    What are the options to see if this will be fixed soon so that I can feel comfortable in making a purchase to pro?
