Whenever I run through the wizard, I get the following error: We could not complete the onboarding process. Some features, such as card processing, will not be available. To fix this, please try again.

I have also tried to manually connect with no luck. I have contacted paypal, and they have indicated my account with the settings I entered are all working fine.

    The woocommerce logs have this:

2021-09-14T11:38:34+00:00 WARNING Could not create token.
    2021-09-14T11:39:43+00:00 WARNING No token found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @mrac,

Something must be blocking the connection to PayPal and as a result, prevent the token from being retrieved.
Do you have any security plugins or a firewall active?

To rule out a conflict with a different plugin, could you please try activating the default Storefront theme and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists?
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

I’ve disabled all plugins and tried the default storefront and still having issues.

When I go through the wizard I get this error:
    2021-09-15T01:24:11+00:00 WARNING No token found.

When I manually add my paypal credentials I get this:
2021-09-15T01:26:16+00:00 WARNING Could not create token.

I don’t have a firewall or any security plugins active, I’ve also checked my host to see if they had any settings and wasn’t able to see anything. Do you have any other recommendations I could try?

    Hi @mrac,

Our developers are currently investigating potential issues with the connection to PayPal.
To better judge what’s causing this for you, we’d be interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest complete PayPal Payments log files.

The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
The plugin log files can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

You can share it either here in the forums or privately with us from here:
    https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

Same problem here with “WooCommerce PayPal Payments”
I’m still using the old plug-in “WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway”

    Same problem here, any solution?

Most of the issues with the errors related to token creation/locating should have been resolved with our 1.6 releases. If you still have any similar issues, we should investigate it as a new case in a new thread, in order to not mix up these cases.

For now I will mark this thread as resolved; please don’t hesitate to open a new one when needed.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
