Update, I duplicated a product and changed it to default editor. The plugin synced to the merchant feed, however, the same message appears.

Hi, I have a section called “product short description”
Plus I added a custom field call “description” and added the copy there too.

I don’t know why 12 of them are okay but the rest are not.
All the products were added the exact same way.

That’s an excellent question. If adding a product with the Avada Builder works but adding one with it enable doesn’t work, then that likely means there is some change in how the data is being saved.

Say the data is modified before it is saved, then those changes will remain after the plugin is disabled. But if the data is “filtered” after being pulled from the database, those changes typically disappear once the plugin is disabled. Does that make sense?

Jumping in to say I’m facing the same issue — Avada Theme — except none of my products are syncing and it’s showing the same missing [description] value as the “Issue to resolve” for all of them.

Even more puzzling is the fact that according to Google’s very own Rich Results Test, the description field value is indeed there. You can see for yourself here: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results?id=Wg98GOjz4BzJmx08pAL8Yw
