Not showing Out Of Stock products in category pages

    Hello,

    I’m having an issues with “out of stock” products not showing up when the PAGE is setup to show by categories.

    Example here:
    09.14.2021-14.00.00
    (it shows 4 products, but doesn’t show the out of stock products)

    The product will still show on its own product page, and it shows as “out of stock” which is how I would want it to show when having product show via categories.

    The product DOES NOT show on the general SHOP page either. That’s the page where ALL products should show, even when out of stock.

    I’ve reviewed a few threads and cannot find the solutions. I DO NOT have the settings boxed check to hide out-of-stock products.

    Hi @elramiro10,

    As a first step, you’ll want to check whether you have any caching plugin on your site and then purge all cache from it. From there, clear your browser cache and then check if the affected products are still hidden on shop and category pages.

    If the above does not show the out-of-stock products, it might be an indication that you have a conflict going on causing the setting to show out of products not to be respected. Thus, I would recommend doing a full conflict test to see if you have a theme or plugin causing the issue.
