Dashboard not working properly

The wordpress dashboard is not showing up properly like a bug chewed through the coding and moved everything to the left. Especially in the customize window. My blog looks like a small window in the upper left corner,, everything’s been shoved to the left, and the buttons won’t work. I’ve re-installed wordpress, cleared the cache, including history and cookies, but still it’s acting wonky.
