Plugin to add eBay affiliate code present and future links?

Hi! I’ve downloaded a bunch of affiliate plugins, but I can’t find any that simply add affiliate codes to eBay links, both my current ones and future ones. Some of them may be able to do that, but most are way above my knowledge level. I just get lost. I tried using eBay’s Smart Link code which actually does what I need it to do, but I get errors when trying to insert it with Code Snippets, some syntax error that I have no clue how to resolve. Does anyone know of a plugin that will just automatically add affiliate code to links? I’m extremely new at this if you can’t tell. Thanks!
