    PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function parse_blocks() in wp-content/plugins/user-registration/includes/frontend/class-ur-frontend.php:119

    and in
    wp-content/plugins/user-registration/includes/functions-ur-core.php:320

    function parse_blocks is not available on WP < 5.x
