    I am trying to import bulk points/achievements with CSV. It is saying that successfully uploaded, but there is no change on points.

    I would be more than happy to assist you today.

    This is something that is working, the most common error when importing is that it is not in the correct format.

    In the correct format, all the fields must have quotation marks (“”), being such that:

    “User” (ID, username or email), “Points”, “Points Type (slug)”, “Log Description (Optional)”, “Notes (This column won’t be processed by the tool)”.

    Many times what happens is that Excel does not quote the first field (User ID), but this is something that can be disabled in Excel.

    User (ID, username or email), “Points”, “Points Type (slug)”, “Log Description (Optional)”, “Notes (This column won’t be processed by the tool)”.
