How to create a ticket for premium support?

When I create a ticket on this page:
https://support.stylemixthemes.com/tickets/newI write my email and public key but I have this message:
“Sorry this freemius account is already exists in our database”And I can’t access to the form to create a ticket…
Can you help me?
