File not found Go to shop – Please help

Dear experts,
My online exams site https://indiavidya.com/ has been working well for a long time. I offer exams through woo commerce. But recently the students are complaining that the files are not downloading and displaying: “File not found Go to shop” whey they try to access after payment. I have read related topics here but unfortunately did not find solution. Can someone please help on this. I am not into deep technical issues.
