• I have a personal blog, following all the rules.

I send no more than 100 emails per month, no spams, nothing. You can’t send spam in just 100 emails per month. It doesn’t require you to be intelligent to figure this out.

Still, every 3 months the sending services will be shut down, without any explanation randomly.

So, thanks for ruining the experience.

    Hi @samuruddin,

We’re sorry to hear that MailPoet did not meet your expectations.

The MailPoet’s Terms and Conditions, as well as our Anti-Spam policy, require that any marketing emails delivered through our email delivery service are solicited, and you have explicit confirmed consent from the recipient to deliver them marketing emails.

Regardless of how many emails you’re sending per month, any compliance issues may trigger a sending suspension and usage review, and if they are not addressed – may require service cancellation.

Our team is trained and available to help you improve your sending practices and prevent these issues from happening, and we have suggestions on how to do so also on this article.
