Variations option disappears from Product data

    I’m trying the free version of this plugin before I purchase, and have it installed in a new wordpress installation. When I add a new Product, the page loads and I see for a brief second a new option under Product data called “Varations,” then the screen reloads and the option is no longer there. What could be causing this?

    Hi there,
    Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.

    Thank you. I have done that and currently only have WooCommerce and this plugin running, and am still running into this issue. The variations option appears, then disappears as the page completes running.

    it’s so strange, we can’t replicate the issue.
    Can you provide us the url of a staging site where are active only WooCommerce, our plugin and a WordPress default theme?
    Send us the link of the variable product. Thank you.
