    Hello,

I`m testing the new feature (which was well waited for, thank you) “New feature: download and save local copies of images attached by customers via aggregated review forms (from the ‘Reviews’ page in admin area)”.

Going to page=cr-reviews&comment_status=all I see a notification at the top “There are 109 media file(s) attached by customers to reviews but not downloaded into WordPress Media Library yet.”.

I press the download button, but nothing happens. Console shows no error log. Everything is up to date.

    Am I missing something?

    Edit:

This seems to work well on Windows 10 with Chrome.
When I posted the first reply, was using Chrome on Ubuntu 21.04. Maybe the Chrome build is different?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

After clicking on the Download button and wait for the images downloaded completely, you can check the images downloaded in the Media Library. It works on your site and nothing different between browsers.

    Hey,

Thanks for your fast response, much appreciated.
The button doesn’t always work. It eventually happened on Windows too.

You click the button and nothing happens (no progress, no media in Library), like it’s not even a button (page isnt’ refreshed etc).

After a few page refreshes or opening in a new tab, it will eventually work and it will start downloading.

Thanks, I managed to download eventually, so i`ll mark this closed.

    Keep up the good work!

Thanks. Let me know if you need anything further.
