I see no difference between the page in Safari 15 and Firefox 92.

Which version of Safari are you checking in?

@dominic2020 Do you use auto-optimize or any other asset optimization plugin? Try deactivating that and check again. It seems like a conflict here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/site-wont-load-in-safari-browser-correctly-after-installing-autoptimize/

Also, make sure to flush cache after you are done deactivating.

If not, Try this go to Safari -> Preferences -> Privacy and uncheck the box that says “Prevent cross-site tracking”.

Let me know if it works.

@macmanx Thank you for check James.. btw can you send me at your end like short video that load at Safari browser at your end or photo/s ?? I used “Windows” that’s why the version of Safari browser is lower and no longer update from “Safari(Dev)”, thank you

@soberbanda Thank you for checking Kuldeep.. I didn’t use auto-optimise plugin only “hosting cache” btw are you using “Safari 15” browser too same to “James Huff” ??

@dominic2020 I checked on safari 12 and everything looks fine. can you tell me which part is specifically missing? I would recommend a hard refresh (Command + Option + R)

Clear cache and cookies and see if the issue persists.

You can also test your website across multiple browsers and devices using a service like : https://www.lambdatest.com/

Let me know if it helps.

@soberbanda Oh great ?? sounds good if looking fine because I used old version of Safari browser maybe that’s create a mess up.. by the way the missing/mess-up content I mean is on the “add to cart” button due to “bug/error” I found at my end there’s no option of the price showing that can’t “add to cart” and it looks like not good thing that it won’t work the “option of price” and the button “add to cart”..

@dominic2020 It looks fine from my end. I could add products to cart and pricing options looks normal too. I did a mock purchase and don’t seem to encounter an issue: https://app.lambdatest.com/viewer/TES100201271632328851394810

The problem seems to be browser specific. I would recommend an upgrade to the latest safari version.

    Hope it helps.

@soberbanda Thank you for checking it again Kuldeep, appreciated, but there’s little bug/error when the user is selecting/choosing the price it won’t load the first price when user switch back to first option price.. also I make changes at staging https://staging-glx3com.kinsta.cloud/shop/buy-glx3/ check at main site https://www.hakalife.com/shop/buy-glx3/, check where is working well.. It seems my end browser is wrong, due to Safari stop update the “Windows Safari browser version”.. I just want to know if which working well staging or at main site, Thank you ??

@dominic2020 That looks like a plugin-specific issue. I would recommend asking at the developer support sub-forum. They are better equipped to help you in this regard. If it is a free plugin, I recommend starting a new thread as the original issue seems resolved.

    Thank you ??

I’m not seeing the problem described on both the staging and production sites with Safari 15.

I recommend no longer bothering with Safari on Windows, as it was discontinued in 2012 and as such is far behind on modern web technologies. It’s like being worried that your site doesn’t work in IE 9. ??

Folks on Windows will be better served by Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.

Folks on macOS of course can use the latest Safari, and I see no problem on the site under that.

    @dominic2020 I agree with @macmanx

It is better to ignore the issue for an older discontinued version of safari. Most People won’t be using it anyway.

    Have a good day!
