@hailite Can you please stop sending people to other user’s support topics? All you are doing is encouraging a pile on somewhere else. Don’t do that.

If you want to send people to your doc pages, that would be awesome. But sending people to another person’s topic is not how these forums work.

If anyone needs support then per the forum guidelines please start your own topic. Which this user and others has done.

Please keep users in their support topics. Again, if you want to refer them to your documentation pages then that’s fine. Or use pre-defined replies in your support topics. Many do including myself.
